Hi all, unsure if this is a DNS server issue or just an extra step I missed.   We have a DNS server in-office that can resolve the hostname when users access the shared folder via LAN   When connecting via remote access (Client VPN) SOME users can still connect using \\servername, while others have to use \\servername.domain.com (the FQDN) - (IP Address also works too)   Any ideas?  I've tried some of the solutions online like flushing the DNS, and clearing CSC cache (off-line files)   Thanks for your patience. ... I am setup with Client VPN access from work.  I can access the shared folder hosted at the office but I am unable to access the database hosted on the office network, nor can I remotely access the server desktop the database is hosted on.   Is this a firewall/database software issue or should I be able to access the database hosted on the office network?   I would also like to be able to remotely access the Windows server desktop the database is hosted on. Hi everyone, with the events of the COVID-19 virus we are considering setting up VPN access for employees to work at home.     1. What is the recommended approach for people who wish to setup VPN connections from a meraki device (in-office) to non-meraki devices (at home).   I found instructions here https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Site-to-site_VPN/Site-to-site_VPN_Settings (under the section "Non-Meraki VPN Peers")  but I just want to be sure that this is the most secure way to set up a connection.   2.
