One of the logs seems to indicate no proposals. Check your crypto settings as well, not just PSK as was suggested by other members here.

I am new to Meraki as well , however pretty much everything in Meraki is controlled in dashboard. For every type of equipment there are updates that are applied automatically depending on whether you choose more stable or beta type software. You can schedule when updates occur in the dashboard

Hi, My name is Eugene . I am a Network Engineer and have been working in this area for over 20 years. I am somewhat new to Meraki , most of my work was with with Cisco products an a few other vendors. Hopefully will learn more here 🙂 , along with working on Meraki equipment for work.
