Hello.. I would like to know how to deep dive the packet loss in order to find out the exact issue causing the loss. As Chaitanya mentioned, ISP was saying that nothing wrong we as client keeps getting packet loss.

Not possible to do a constant ping from the dashboard. But it feels like you are probably having legitimate intermittent connectivity issues. If you have a device at one of those sites it would be worth setting up a ping monitor to verify.
