I just have an idea. It's quite manual but it will solve the problem.    When we first add an app to the apps page, select auto-install option, select scope "student". After the app is installed on all student devices (we can check by missing apps), disable auto-install and select scope to all devices.   I have just thought about it, I'll test on my network to see if it works.    Cheers. ...
