I don't have a Mac, so that wouldn't work. I just had to manually setup the EAS profile and will have to revisit it later. I am guessing that I will be either subscribing to meraki or going to another mdm vendor.   ... View more

Thanks. Can't remember if the profile was successfully installed on the XS max under 12.x or 13 a few days ago. That link doesn't mention requiring supervised for EAS. ... View more

The owner just got a new iPhone 11 pro max and the same profiles I have been using for years and even as recently as 3 days ago, won't install. I have tried creating a new profile from scratch (with only the ios activesync settings), but it still gives me an error saying Error: This profile can only be installed on a Supervised device.   How can I get past this?   TIA ...
