I don't have a Mac, so that wouldn't work. I just had to manually setup the EAS profile and will have to revisit it later. I am guessing that I will be either subscribing to meraki or going to another mdm vendor.

Thanks. Can't remember if the profile was successfully installed on the XS max under 12.x or 13 a few days ago. That link doesn't mention requiring supervised for EAS.

The owner just got a new iPhone 11 pro max and the same profiles I have been using for years and even as recently as 3 days ago, won't install. I have tried creating a new profile from scratch (with only the ios activesync settings), but it still gives me an error saying Error: This profile can only be installed on a Supervised device. How can I get past this? TIA
