Start date is date of e-delivery of license or specific start date assigned as per agreement with cisco sales team( requested in cases where client is not ready to use licenses right away) and claim date is when license keys are claimed/applied in the dashboard.   in Co-Term model new license is averaged out of all devices available in dashboard extending the expiration date uniformly for all devices. in per device basis each order has its separate expiration date for each order.   EGG found   ...
