Like PhilipDAth mentioned, you won’t be able to allow specific URLs when dealing with https since it’s encrypted. The whole domain will have to be allowed.   We block the streaming media category but allow YouTube usage. There are specific URLs that you need to allow other than youtube.com for YouTube to work. An example of this is ytimg.com, categorized as streaming media.
