Ulefone Armor X7 Pro - Device Owner Mode - Stuck on "Phone is Starting........

Hi,   I am unable to have a fully functioning device after enrolling a Ulefone Armour X7 Pro into Device Owner Mode.  I have kept my enrollment as simple as possible without success.  I have attempted contact with Ulefone without success and also the reseller, now I'm hoping the Cisco Meraki community may be able to assist.   Below is my process which has worked successfully on a different device also running Android 10:   Factory reset device and then on landing page tap the screen 6 times until camera is activated Scan Meraki SM Device owner "Android version 7+ (Nougat)" enrollment QR code Meraki SM is installed successfully and enrollment completes as per screenshot below Create 4 profiles Android System Apps containing an empty blacklist Android Device Owner containing no restrictions Android Restrictions containing no restrictions including "Auto Grant All Permissions" All above profiles via single tag On reboot phone is contactable via Meraki but when waking up the phone you receive "Phone is starting" indefinitely.  Able to get into Settings but unable to access OS and System apps.  Hoping this is enough information to generate some assistance. Thanks again ... View more

Re: [Bug] : Unknow certificate pushed to iOS devices

Hi Alex,   We have multiple devices with this cert still attached to it.   The only way I have been able to get rid of it is to remove and re-add the Meraki profile. With all our devices in the field, this isn't an easy task and one that isn't going to happen unless an iPad has an issue.   Interestingly, since the cert has expired, some iPads that went offline before the cert expiry, are losing their enrolment and any subsequent control when they are powered on again. The Meraki profile can no longer be removed and the only option is to erase using Configurator back at head office (with the broken profile on the iPad, erase all content and settings is disabled.)   I am not sure that the cert expiry is causing this, it is just that this issue wasn't encountered before the cert expired.   I raised a ticket about the cert and the response from support was that the cert should have disappeared as it is expired and Apple won't allow it on the iPad.   Any thoughts? ...
