My name is Mike Lane, and I have been working on learning Meraki Basics in order to start working on a consulting opportunity,   I keep seeing this ECMS1 (Engineering Cisco Meraki Solutions 1 course advertised. I registered twice and both times got a response that I was registered, then an email that my registration was being considered, then an email that I did not make it into the class.
