@jag1  have you created settings at all? What you could be seeing on the device is the generic Meraki MDM profile which explains that this allows Meraki to implement restrictions and have control of the devices.   If you have created settings and they are no longer there then as @kYutobi  mentioned I would open a support case.    Good luck! ...
