What @PhilipDAth linked is the resource you need.  It doesn't matter if you set the same LAN address.  The switch just needs to be the same model.  Then you can clone the config.  The only things that don't clone are the switch name, address, IP address.     Usually, when you are doing the switch replacement you'll also still have the old one in the dashboard to reference for a little bit if you need it.   ...
