Have not been able to get this to work (yet) starting to wonder if it is even possible... Multiple buildings each with a ms210 connected with MR74 back to the main office. we segment vlans based on device/traffic type ( MGMT,Data,Camera,Voice...) each building will one or more of each device type. I followed this document (https://documentation.meraki.com/MS/Layer_3_Switching/Layer_3_Switch_Example) to get it working initially using wired uplinks to make sure all the routing works. Now that I try and switch out the physical uplinks for wireless cannot get vlans to pass.

SO I should be good with 2 dual-Band Patch antennas for each AP then... like https://meraki.cisco.com/products/wireless/antennas#dual-band-sector-antenna-14 or would it be better to order one 2.4 and on 5ghz for each AP?

I also read that it is not a good idea to have just one antenna attached, do I need to order 2 sets of antennas for each AP or can I just add a cap to the unused antenna ports?

We are going to be replacing out existing wireless infrastructure at one of out sites. Currently this site has 6 Cisco AIR-Cap1532e 5 of them have 5ghz Directional antennas and there is one (on the main building) with dual omni antennas. We are thinking about replacing them with MR74 and I am looking at the best suggestion for antenna choices or suggestions on different AP if need be.

Thanks everyone for their ideas. I was able to get the info I needed using the API and node red. I created a flow that returns all the networks then from there is lists every device that has connected in the last 30 days to a csv file.

I have been recently tasked with identifying all the manufacture of devices that connect to our wireless network. The next step is to alert and block certain devices from connecting. any suggestion on how to go about this? Is this some information I can get with out using the API and with out posting to a HTTP server?

We recently upgraded to the advanced security license and wondering if there is a way to enable/change the Intrusion Detection settings globally for all of or security devices? Is this exposed via the dashboard API?
