Hello everyone, My name is Robert Ward I work for a company named Whitlock my title here is Technical Service Delivery Specialist (fancy name for tech support) Whitlock is an AV integrator with a large client base. I am a Cisco Certified R&S and Polycom Certified PCVE. Recently we rolled out the Meraki line of products at some newly opened Samsung-Orion stores in LA, NY, and Houston with more planned. I look forward to seeing what these products can do in a retail environment. And hopefully getting a Merkai certification in my quiver next.
