Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help with an issue we’re experiencing with a Meraki switch. Normally we contact Meraki support through Telstra since this is a managed switch under their service. Unfortunately, it has been about two weeks with no action or update from them, so I’m trying to see if anyone in the community has encountered this before. The issue is that the Meraki switch is showing as Dormant / Offline in the Meraki Dashboard. However, the switch itself appears to be physically online, and devices connected to it are able to browse the internet normally. The main problem is that we don’t have visibility or management access through the Meraki Dashboard because it is marked as dormant. Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might cause this behavior? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
