The issue is for example at 11:45 live connected clients are 8 then I wait until the performance tab displayed the data at that time and clients are 24. I checked other APs but only 1 of them seems to do this so far. And I don't have many roaming devices.

Hey, When I check the summary page of a particular AP I can see let's say X current clients connected to that AP. But when I move to Performance tab of this AP, under the Clients Graph, the number of clients is 2x X or 3x X in the same timeslot. How is this possible ? Do I read the numbers correctly ?
