I haven't tested it on the Work Profile but with the Device Owner Mode I have, and it works.  What you want to do is: -Create a profile and call it "Allow Smartswitch".  -Click Add Setting -Look for and select "Managed App Config" -Select "Android" from the Platform dropdown -Select the "Smart Switch" app from the next drop down (it has to exist in your app repository) -You can click the Schema "show supported settings" button to verify it still supports "allow_run" (which at the time of my writing, it does)  -Next click the blue + button. Under the "Choose Key" drop down, you'll see the supported setting. Select it. -A toggle switch will appear. it is set to F for false by default. Toggle it to T for True. -Save   I tied this setting to a tag. I add the tag to the devices when I need to transfer data and remove it when i'm done.   It might take a couple minutes for the setting to apply to the devices.
