Yes, I had this too. It's more likely a temporary issue with the Meraki backend or app syncing, rather than a network outage. Try restarting the Meraki Display or Apple TV apps. Since a full update of the app and tvOS helps reduce the frequency of such situations.

Since Meraki does not allow you to clone settings between different models, you can simply copy the settings manually from one switch to another in the control panel. Try to document the VLAN, port configurations, and uplink settings. Then apply them to the new switch.

In my opinion, the only reliable options are to use Meraki cloud streaming to stream data to the DVR. Unfortunately, there is no built-in solution for low latency integration.
