Hello everyone, I need some help with the following scenario: I have a network where a Linux server acts as the gateway and is connected to a switch. From that switch, traffic goes to my Meraki MX105, which then forwards it to the Internet. There’s also an IPsec tunnel between the Linux gateway and a remote network called “Urbana.” Previously, I was using iptables on the Linux server as the firewall and the tunnel worked flawlessly. After migrating the firewall function to the MX105, the IPsec tunnel shows as UP, but no traffic is passing through it. Has anyone encountered this issue or know what might be blocking the packets? Hi, thank you for your reply and suggestions. You're right — I noticed that the license key has an exclamation mark (!) at the end. I tried removing it during the activation attempt, but the error still persists. Is there any alternative way to validate or activate the license, or should I rely entirely on the reseller to check the license status? Appreciate any further guidance. Best regards, Gabriel

I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out for assistance with an issue. I recently added my Meraki MX105 to the Meraki Dashboard, but I'm encountering a problem with the license activation. According to the Meraki documentation, the license should be applied by simply entering the device's serial number. However, when I try to do that, I receive the following error: "Couldn't find license with key "XXXXX" Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue and how to proceed? Hello, Thank you for the information! What I was trying to do is connect my Meraki to the cloud by using one of the LAN ports on my MX to obtain an IP from the internal network. Hello everyone, I’m encountering an issue with my Meraki MX 105. I connected an Ethernet cable to the WAN port, as per the setup guide, to connect to the cloud and complete the claiming process. However, the device is not obtaining an IP address. Should I connect it to a LAN or WAN port?
