Normally, when there are only a few switches to configure, the first provisioning is done by connecting to the rear management port and accessing the web page to fill in the management IP, mask, VLAN and DNS information.   Having said that, my question is: When we have a large number of switches to configure and we want to save time, is it a plausible solution as soon as we put the serial number into the network, to configure the information given in the paragraph above directly on the dashboard and then just upload the switch to the network?
