Hi, thanks for the response. It was not content filtering but the L3/L7 because I created a group policy trying to isolate configurations.

Hi, thanks for the response, I created a group policy bypassing the L3/L7 rules because I tried isolating where the problem was and found out it was the L3/L7 rules but when I removed my L3/L7 configurations the issue still persists. I can't find any hits on the event logs even though I have isolated the client, I used pcap as well to see the traffic activity but can't pinpoint the issue. The DNS I'm using is primary 1.1.1.1 secondary 8.8.8.8
