lol boy did I miss the mark. Sorry I must have misread   I'm not sure of any way to lock it, especially if it is an admin doing it (which it must be right?). If someone has read-write access, there isn't a way to stop it.   What you can do is setup email alerting for when changes are made to a network and you can see who is doing it that way.   You can also go to ORG>CHANGE LOG and from there you should be able to see who and when if any changes were made.  I say 'if any' in the off-chance its being done because of a bug and not another admin. ... Need more context to be able to respond appropriately. ^_^ That being said, those Cellular Failover Rules do indeed append up if WAN 1 goes down, however they by default will only apply to an actual cellular USB device being used. If your using say a 4G connection (mifi) that is connected into WAN2 (via Ethernet connection), the MX has no clue that the median at which it traverses is cellular. All it knows is WAN2 is WAN2. Meraki doesn't have a specific set for WAN2 for some unknown reason (I pray one day they will add it), but in the meantime, few of us know of a trick where you can have support make the cellular rules 'act' as the WAN2 rules. I'm not aware of any model of camera that Meraki has currently that supports PZT (rotation via controls). So it sounds like either gravity, or some sort of vibration is ever so slightly 'bumping' the position the camera is in and causing it to swivel little by little over time. Not really sure if there is any real benefit for this. I mean, your bottle neck at the end of the day is going to be your WAN port on the MX. I doubt you'd be maxing out a port on the MX if you had it trunked for any inter-vlan communications. I mean that is Full-Duplex, so you could in theory send and receive up to 1Gbps each direction. Plus what is the actual backplane capabilities of the MX (you didn't specifiy model)? Might only be 1Gbps even though it has multiple ports. The Cisco WLC 2504 was like that, 4 ports but 1Gbps backplane so using LAG (port-channel) was strictly for redundancy. I would personally just use a trunk port. If you call support, ask them to tell you what the uptime is for that specific access point. That will give you a clue as to if it rebooted or not.   Also make a wish for an uptime column in the dashboard.  Support has it on their side (i've seen it in a screenshot) but for some unknown reason that my mind cannot possibly fathom, they won't enable it for regular folk.   Seeing uptime is like...essential in my opinion. ... I think your tough out of luck with using 2.4GHz in that environment.     The spectrum analyzer that is built into the Meraki access points is 'neat' but I've never found it to be accurate so I don't rely on it that much. With that being said it does seem to show a higher noise floor due to all the activity in that location.   If I were you, I would look to upgrade the devices that are 2.4 only with dual band chips ...
