This is not a solution but a workaround. And that too with limitations WRT collation, deeper analysis. If you've observed, there's this option of donwloading it on Daily basis in CSV format. So, its just a matter of adding option of Monthly report, apart from Daily.

Agree! Tried exploring that option as well. However, in enterprise kind of environment, this is not feasible. And anyways, we have setting options, wherein we select required fields to display. Adding abovesaid options, will help, without much efforts.

Team, can someone help to address below challenges?
The Critical to business requirement, for getting details insight, we require daily dump of report in CSV format. So that we can publish more details report with customer on data usage/user behaviour/AP re-alignment (basis no of avg users trend)

CSV file in Email Scheduler
Currently, we can get report file but in HTML format. Cannot be collated for monthly report
below one will be quick help

Currently we can get this detail under list of users connected on specific AP, but require MAC details on Dashboard

MAC details in Top Client List
Currently, the (top) “client by usage” report give list of devices with description. But there are more than 1 (sometimes 4) devices with same description. Thus, posing challenge to identify the actual user, this can be mitigated by putting additional column, mentionig MAC of each device. This will help to distinguish devices with similar description

Hi! The problem statement of yours- If this is still unresolved: This basically happens when device RF algorithm forcing AP to connect far away AP, other than the one that is closer, having optimal signal strength. The one I thought of is tweaking the roaming factor, making it more aggressive. Do test this and share your feedback. Pl pardon me if this is already addressed it in a better way.

Hello SineInyyk, for tracking purpose, how can I get to know the FEEDBACKS I've given? I've given 3 feedback on the portal (using another ID of mine m****_****le@yahoo.com). 1. Getting Channel Details of the users 2. Scheduling a report that will be mailed to me, in CSV format and not the HTML. 3. Within this report, adding additional identifier (device MAC) I've checked my mail- neither I have recd any ack nor it reflects in my profile. Pl help.

Here we get to know all the details, but the channel, at a glance. Have tried with the solution you've suggested here already, however it fails to provide list of all the clients with required details. Thanks for your inputs!

Hi, We do get list of clients in Network Wide// Monitor // Clients Here we get many details of connected clients, however, we could not able to see the Channel on which Wireless Client is connected! We can fetch these details for per AP though. Is there any fix for this?

Hello, When we fetch the logs, we get to know the device name. For e.g. let's talk about Top Users. When we fetch this report, suppose if there are 10 users but the device name is common.
