Meraki support told me there is extra reporting now. I checked the one switchport I can for an affected AP and true, it was actually negotiated at 100/full before the upgrade. I don't think you can see this historical negotiation on the AP itself. ... View more

I would like to add that this just happened to me also. I upgraded a mix of APs (MR36, 46 and 53) from 31.1.5.1 -> 31.1.6.   Out of 48, 3 came back with this error (all MR46). Only 1 is on a Meraki switch. On that, cable test was fine.   Rebooting APs has no effect. Disabling switch port (even for 2mins) has no effect.    I couldn't say for 100% certain that these weren't operating at 100Mbps before, but if they were, surely the alert still existed then? ...
