Hello Everyone, I am encountering an issue with one of our access points and would appreciate your insights or guidance on the matter. When navigating to the Wireless > Access Points dashboard, I noticed that the connectivity to UTC is indicated by red lines, and the status shows as "Down." To troubleshoot, I removed the access point from the network and performed a full reboot. After rebooting, I reclaimed the access point and observed that the device status turned green; however, the connectivity to UTC remains red. Could someone help clarify what might be causing this issue or suggest further troubleshooting steps? Thank you in advance for your assistance!
