Hello Everyone, One thing I can say for rebooting C9300 series switches is to be mindful if the uplink is LACP or not. The reasons can vary for a switch not coming online after a reboot. If you are able to take a packet capture on the upstream device of the switch, I would do so and look for traffic patterns. For example, are there any packet destined for the Dashboard, and do we have any return traffic from the cloud? Also, proving the "show tech" can help as well, assuming you can get to the CLI.
