Network wide > event log > for access points no logs for the specific device And Wireless > health > select ssid for printer shows blank Ssid settings: we don't have 802.11r/w separated options, only 802.11w is available.

Hello, we have a printer (2.4GHz required) that can't connect to MR42. no firewall rules. below is the summary of settings. on the printer forum, people uncheck uncheck 20/40MHz Coexistence and it works out. Per Meraki support, there is no 20/40 spectrum under 2.4GHz. What else can we try out here please? Thank you.
