Hi All, Have raised this before but it never got a proper answer, so I waited abit and raised once more. Our Meraki LAN wifi users are currently authenticating using Radius Servers configuration and we are trying to move out from it. I did raise a TAC case on options and this is the link provided; https://documentation.meraki.com/Access_Manager/Access_Manager_Configuration_Guides/Access_Manager_Username%2F%2FPassword_Authentication_-_EAP-TTLS%2F%2FPAP_with_Entra_ID_Lookup Looks like we need to get another product called Access Manager which seems like a Cloud Radius to me. Are there any other solutions to allow us to auth with Entra ID without a splash page for wireless users? Regards Gan

Do you have some links or docs to read up and understand how the splash page for Meraki Wifi will appear ? I got these 2 links todays, going to read up and try to understand them. https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Managing_Dashboard_Access/Configuring_SAML_SSO_with_Microsoft_Entra_ID https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/saas-apps/meraki-dashboard-tutorial#test-sso We are trying to get out of Radius/NPS AUTH as they are quite chatty and at times slow when users roam and have initial connections. I think the best way to is to run a separate SSID with Meraki with Azure AD auth and test it out.

My TAC case, the engineer gave a template about acknowledging my escalation and I did not see a Manager own it up. (signs of an ailing hierarchy) However, this community is good, Rodrigo responded promptly and help through. Thanks Meraki Community!.

Hello Chris, Thanks for the update. Any docs/whitepapers you are able to share with us so we can understand, plan and prepare ? I feel this very much requires a splash page and it is not as seamless compared to Radius auths. Also I noticed when users roams, wireless users need to re-auth at times, I am wondering if this will prompt more splash pages as users roam ?.

Hello Chris, Opened a ticket, 12255521. TAC claims that the beta is not available anymore and he does not know/does not have any information. Are you able to share with us some information on it and guide it to some documents ? - If beta is not available anymore, is there ETA dates or some release notes/technical guides for us to read and understand and plan ahead ? Very much a break fix response from TAC. I am trying to request for a manager to review the case so he can help forward to the right team which knows it better. I hope he escalates it as per request Regards Gan

I opened a TAC case and the TAC responses does not seem like he is interested to help the issue. He gave 2 links which did not answer the query. In return, I researched the community and provided the link back and explained there is a beta out for the reported problem. TAC replies that beta for it is closed and I should wait for the actual release. Nothing else. I have now requested for an escalation on the ticket, as per @RodrigoC advise. lets see if the TAC actually gets his manager to review the ask.
