We have a future client who is trying to get information about the inhouse Meraki devices from there current MSP. There MSP has let there Fortigate licenses lapse and has told the future client that they are out of compliance on the Meraki devices but will not give them the date when the 30 days started. Is there any options besides scrapping the current system and starting from scratch. All we want is when the 30 days went into effect.
