I was having a similar issue with my Sonos and printers. Overall airplay works with Apple TVs and other smart devices but some services like printing and AirPlay from Apple Music wasn’t working consistently across all devices   I just upgraded all of my Meraki equipment, including switches, MX and wireless to the latest stable release candidate and that seems to fix my issue for now.
