manual removal is not so good when we hve 300 users . Is there other way to remove it other than asking user to do that? Anyway, thanks for the tip. It shall just upload "Profile" without ".xml".

Hello, Each time one new any Profile updated in Anyconnect VPN client, those entries in old profiles still be kept in the dropdown box. I knew that this is possible to remove those files when going to the profile folder by manual , but would like to know if there is a way to remove it remotely.
