Hi all, I bought several Meraki MR36-HW from a auction and when I began to setup the device, it's marked in use. These are second hand devices and the auction company is just an intermediate, not the final owner of them. I've already asked the auction company to make me in touch with the tech but they no longer have any contact of the company. I have all documents of them during the purchase (invoices etc). Is there a way that I contact directly the meraki support and see with them to unclaim these devices with this proof of purchase in my hands?      Thank in advance RH ... View more
