Our director of facilities would like to keep all video walls rotating constantly on a display on his desk. I currently put an old (about 2009) iMac on the job but it seems to have some troubles keeping up (although I just realized I should hardwire it rather than have all that going via wifi) and gets blazing hot. I'd like to know either what Cisco Meraki recommends or what others are using successfully for this scenario.

I will be going to San Francisco soon and was wondering if Meraki's headquarters can be visited. If so, are there any tours or other planned activities available? I'm also interested in some Meraki swag (mugs, shirts, etc) and wondering if there is a store.

Hi Caroline, It's now been a tad over 3 weeks and still no certificate. I have the badge on my profile but in the instructions for posting on LinkedIn, it states "use the number from your certificate (e.g. 004077)" but I have not received anything other than notification of the badge. Can you assist?

I don't see my certificate number. I have received an email stating that I earned the CMNO badge but there's no mention of a certificate. Should I expect that as a separate email?

So this is what I usually refer to as an ID10T error... I set Twilio up with a trial account and the only issue was that it expired. As soon as I upgraded to a regular account, it started working like a charm. I just wish instead of "invalid number," the error would have been more indicative of where the problem was. In any case, that's feedback for Twilio, not here. I just hope it helps someone else in this community. Cheers!

I was pretty stoked to set up SMS authentication for access control for our guest SSID. When I, and several others, tested it, it worked perfectly. However, I have come across several guests who are not able to authenticate. When the submit their phone number, they receive an "invalid mobile number" (or something similar). I have verified that in each case they are regular US-based area codes and numbers. Has anyone else come across this issue and found a solution? I have posted this on Twilio also with no solutions.

Hello All!! My name is Felix Jacomino and I am returning to a job after a 2 year hiatus. During my time away, the network upgrade I had begun to plan was completed and I've just learned it was done with Cisco Meraki and I couldn't be happier about that! I got my MCSE a while back but have always stayed current in networking. At my previous job, wireless was definitely a headache and I began to look at Cisco Meraki. Glad I came back to find the solution in place where I had left. Although IT is what I'm ultimately responsible for at the school I work at, my passion lies in education and the innovative shift it is undergoing. So, what I really want is a network I do not need to think about much but can do what I need it to do. Also, I believe in the power of PLNs (professional learning networks) so I look forward to contributing what I can in this community as a way of giving back to those who have helped me grow as a network professional.
