Disabled the windows firewall after that able to connect at first time, after disconnecting the VPN users not able to connect getting L2TP same error. Enable/ restart the IPSEC Enable/ restart the IPsec L2TP Uninstalled and reinstalled all WAN drivers. Restarted the client device. Checked the windows recent updates and uninstalled the recent patches Please advise us to resolve the client vpn connectivity issues.

All static routes and firewall rules with bidirectional policies added too. Genesys is a platform to make a call with webapplication from genesys webrtc and we merged with mpls cloud services.

Hi... MAC address in the ARP table of the MX? Yes, we can see in the ARP table of router mac address the trunk doesn't allow this particular Vlan - Which you mean Static route or any other policy.

Above interface Vlan interface and the router connected into directly MX and we couldn't received any packets hit to router ip at next hop.
