Dear Experts ,   i have one issue related to MR that we have integrated with WILAS Captive Portal to let User fills in info and do SMS OTP.   everything works well , but we have one config related to user expired period , the users must re-authenticate again and they must input their info and OTP after user  reconnect that SSID again after 3 days. we have set this in WILAS. so we expect after 3days MR will redirect user devices to WILAS to do this.   but after 3 days , when users connect , users devices auto connect without re-direct users device to captive portal and user has no Internet Connection.   Users must "Forget SSID" on their devices , then they can redirect to captive portal again.   i want to know if MR has any settings to solve this issue ? clear the user devices session or whatever. Please help , i'm sure 3rd party WILAS is working well , but the problem , MR let user auto connect to the connection without re-direct.   Thanks     ... View more

HI Experts ,    We have Meraki Hotspot page similar to this  Users just input the information  , then they can login and could access the network. we want to see the user information and review as the report monthly as well. we can't see those information inside dashboard , we have tried to access to network-wide -> user , but seem doesn't get enough info , can you help me on that ?   Thanks ... HI Experts ,    we have DC MX450 at DC as VPN Concentrator and spoke at remote location VPN via internet.   at DC we have 2 internet ISP links. (VPN establish via ISP1) Everything working fine , until we disconnect ISP1 then upstream device swap to ISP2. then tunnel down. Everything abt Meraki MX450 at DC work fine , even access to cloud , but vpn to spoke at remote Branch not up.   until i reboot the MX450 at DC , when it up back , the tunnel up , so we have to reboot everytime the ISP change. seem MX450 not refresh its previous public ip. Dear Expert ,    I have DC and DR MX deploy as VPN concentrator HUB 1 and HUB 2.   we have branches at MX 68.   HUB1 at DC is the primary , DR is the secondary HUB , so any traffic MX68 at branches would forward to HUB1.   i have test when we shutdown HUB1 at DC , MX68 at branches's route will change default route to HUB2 at DR.   my question is that , what if connection ISP VPLS at DC down , MX at branch can't reach to DC MX HUB , but DC MX HUB still up and can access to internet as normal , in this case , Meraki MX at branches would change route to DR or not ?   and if yes , how long that it will change the route ? ... Dear Expert,   i have 2 Meraki MX 450 doing warmspare , working okay , but just yesterday , one port of the secondary MX450 is down (WAN port SFP+) no change to the config.     As you can see , the upper device wan port is light , the down stream device is port down.   is this cuz of module ? or wire ? cuz last time when i didn't plug the wire port also up. not sure abt this. ... Dear Expert ,   Our customer has AD in Gsuite (Cloud) , and contains many users in that cloud AD. Their requirement is to integrate Meraki AP with Gsuit AD to specific OU.   The purpose of doing this is that , when user login to WIFI_STAFF SSID , they just use their username and password of their user AD at Gsuite.   Another requirement login once will take 1 year to be login again for that specific device.   Can we able to accomplish this as well ? ... Dear Experts ,   I want to ask related to access-control on meraki MX ,   i see the options that we can use radius server and have the server ip field in the option.   For example if we have cisco ISE ,if i'm not wrong , on Meraki MX we input ise ip address as radius server , and in the ise NAD (client) put wan ip of Meraki mx ?   because Meraki MX , there is a hint show that , dashboard must need to reach to radius server too.   i'm not really sure on this , pls help verify , thanks ...
