power outage

Good afternoon,
The elecitricy and network are now back up an running. Therefore I'm contacted by the colleagues because they are experiencing problems with the Wifi. They often loose their internet access while being connected to the "DE**" ssid.

It makes an impact on all their communication like they randomly loose their connection (communication are interrupted).

Location is the following in Meraki Dashboard: VT11138.

I just don't know if it's the only cause of the problem or if there's something else to check.

 

Could you help me step-by-step, im a junior netengin.

Could you provide more details?

For example, what type of authentication is being used? Are there any alerts on the dashboard?

If you need to resolve this urgently, you can open a support ticket with Meraki via the dashboard, or even call them.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

I would start by looking at the "Wireless -> Health" and "Assurance" tabs in the dashboard

Start high level and dig down into any problems you see there.

 

As @alemabrahao suggested above, opening a support case may also be the better option if you don't have much experience in the dashboard.
