password administrator

good evening, I am administrator of a wifi network. when i try to log in the system tells me that the user is locked. how do i unlock? password reset is not possible

Kind of a big deal

Go to the Organization tab then from there the "Administrators" tab. From there you can unlock account. There's also the Forgot password link at the bottom of your login.

In any case, if you have a different account administrator, you can ask the person to unlock your account. Otherwise, forgot password will help or you can contact meraki support from your registered account email for quick assistance.
