how to Using an extincting AP Configuring

I have a used AP(Mr33).To configure I first reset the ap then I went to the Meraki dashboard with a new account. When I tried to add the AP as a new device. Capture.PNGWhen I typed the serial number it said its already in use

The previous owner would need to unclaim it from their org

where did you acquire this AP from? it's claimed in someone else's dashboard.
