facing issue in moving license from one dashboard to another new dashboard

Hi,

 

I want to move a Meraki license from one dashboard to a new dashboard. I tried, but there is no option to move it directly from one dashboard to another—only the option to transfer it between organizations.

 

kindly share the steps.

It sounds like there's some misunderstanding here. Can you explain what you mean by 'from one dashboard to another'?

As Brash has mentioned,   'a Dashboard' and an 'Organization' (the official term) are generally interchangeable...?

Do you know what kind of licence it is?  Co-termination, subscription, per device, or something else?

If you’re an Admin of both the source and destination Orgs reach out to support and request the license move

These days, if you're an Admin in both Orgs (and you're in co-termination) then you can move active licences yourself.   Support will generally only do it for you if there's some kind of error or similar in Dashboard for some reason.

Definitely worth checking all the pre-reqs in the KB above, if you can't see the Move column in the Dashboard
