error authentication with active directory

i have an error with active directory authentication when setup meraki mr44

Completed testing to "172.16.1.36:3268"

Total APs:	55
APs Passed:	0
APs Failed:	1
APs Unreachable:	54

1 access point failed to authenticate with Active Directory server, and 54 access points were offline and could not be tested.

Error testing Active Directory: internal error

Retry or close

did any one faced any issues as i cant integrate with active directory

Do the APs show as online in the Meraki Dashboard?
Are they are a network that has direct IP connectivity to the AD controllers?
Can you ping the APs from the AD controllers?

yes they are online and i can ping them from the active directory and vise versa
