I have problems with the Meraki CW9166I APs models with the Firmware Current version: MR 30.6, the users constantly experience slowness while connected to the network when checking internet links everything is displayed correctly we have been seeing it only happens with these models with the MR46 what I have on site this does not happen

Firstly, upgrade either to 30.7 or 31.1.15.1 so you are on a current release.  30.7 has plenty of fixes for poor performance, particularly on newer AP models.
