communicate the AP that is in a remote network with the radius server

Good afternoon, we need to communicate the AP that is in a remote network with the radius server that is in another different network. Currently, networks see each other through routing. But the Ap gives me a communication error with the Radius.

Make sure that UDP 1812 and 1813 is allowed between the 2 networks.
