can we mix MR42 and MR46 same floor
We have floor but one side of the floor has more users than other section, already have MR42 and want to replace with MR46. will causes any issues

You will cross the streams and cause a catastrophic explosion!!!!
j/k it will work but for most stability group likewise AP's together so you don't have a salt and pepper deployment.
Some clients might have issues if they constantly try to roam between AP's that have different information elements in their probe responses/beacons.

@Antonj You can mix them, but be aware that the MR46 is a WiFi6 AP, whereas the MR42 is only WiFi5. This means that WiFi6 devices might have issues roaming between the different models. Therefore I would recommend that you create two zones with the border as small as possible.
