Wifi network with no LAN access

Is there a way to create a wifi network in Meraki dashboard where clients are able to talk each other but not access the local LAN? Meraki giving out the 10.0.0.0/8 IP addresses "NAT mode: Use Meraki DHCP"

Use the firewall rules. The default object "Local LAN" represents 

 

10.0.0.0/8

172.16.0.0/12

192.168.0.0/16

And in addition to the suggested Firewall rules, you need to change from Meraki DHCP to bridged mode to let the clients communicate with each other.
