Wifi assiciation and disassociation

I have a problem with the meraky wifi, it does not allow any cell phone or laptop to connect, in the aforementioned equipment it sends a password error.

Attached a segment of the event log.

Feb 3 13:15:31	iBenja	802.11 disassociation	client has left AP
Feb 3 13:15:25	iBenja	802.11 association	channel: 1, band: 2, rssi: 13

How are devices authenticating?  Is this happening on all devices?

What are you seeing under Wireless Health?

Security : WPA2 PSK

WPA key :  *********

WPA encryption mode : WPA2 only

Visibility :   Advertise this SSID publicly

yeah, all devices celular phones, tables, laptops, etc cantnot conecti by wifi of meraky

we have a partnert but the idea is do own support.
