Hi, One of my shop WiFi will not respond few seconds during connected a hour. it's keep on the connection. Just no repsond. Anyone can help?

Can you give more details? What exactly is not respond? The Access Point on the dashboard?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Are there any events listed under Dashboard > Assurance > Alerts?
You can also look for other performance or problem indicators by select the AP and looking at Device Health, Event Log, Connections and performance.
