A bit more information around the disassociation:
802.11 disassociation: unknown reason - A client is no longer communicating with the AP, yet failed to notify the AP that it should be dropped from the association table. Alternately, it can also be a result of the client being unable to reach the AP due to wireless interference, coverage holes, or anything that would suddenly cause a client to stop being heard by an AP.

Essentially the client is disconnecting without sending a reason for the disconnection.
There's a variety of reasons this could be but a few things to check are:
- RF interference - check what the interference is like under Wireless -> RF spectrum. As @PhilipDAth mentioned, consider creating and/or tuning an RF profile to suit.
- Drivers - If all impacted clients are using a standard operating system and drivers, consider testing newer Wi-Fi drivers
- If you believe it to be related to the RADIUS authentication, you can test spinning up an SSID with PSK on the same AP and see if you can replicate the issue with that.
