Unable to see the "User" on Wireless Clients using Meraki Cloud Authentication

Hi,

 

We are using the Meraki Local Database as source of account for our Wireless network 802.1x Authentication, but for some reason, there were few clients that are connected but doesn't show the username being used. Are there any needed configurations to be adjusted?

It looks like a bug. I suggest you open a support case.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
