Unable to add/claim a device to meraki dashboard

Unable to add my device to the dashboard. Error is "The C9800-L-F-K9 with serial number Q2ZZ-N7QE-QUE6 requires special permissions to claim."

The C9800-L-F-K9 is a Wireless Controller and we don't today support this in dashboard
