Ssid needs to hide

As per my customer requirements need to hide management SSID, i have tick the option from that particular ssid, but still it is broadcasting in wireless adaptor.

Kindly advice.

Go to Wireless > configure > SSID availability, select the SSID then change visibility to Hide this SSID:

And most likely, the requirement of hiding the SSID is based on false assumptions and most of the time harmful for the overall WLAN.

Hide the same from SSID availablity, but SSID is still broadcasting.

Do you have to add this SSID manually? If yes, forget it and check again.

Further to what @alemabrahao is saying can you see the SSID on a computer that has never connected to it before?
