Sponsored guest Login - Splash Page
Hi Everyone,
I am struggling with following issue while using Guest internet followed with Sponsored guest Login - Splash Page authentication.
In general The sponsor login page relies on the name and email address entered then should redirect to enter the email address of a sponsor with a domain ending in securemeters.com.
Issue:
Meraki is checking the guest's email id...... ?
If that email id already allowed earlier ANYTIME, it does not ask for Sponsor page on any of system....means that for any new device, if you give any earlier guest email id, browsing will start immediately.
But if you give new email id in guest ,,,, the sponsor page is coming.
This is very strange, it shows that this saves guest email id to appear sponsor email page in this type of authentication.
Can someone help us to resolve the issue of removing remembered guest email id a the time of using Sponsored guest Login - Splash Page at the earliest !
Regards,

When you approve a sponsored guest - you say how long the approval is. Perhaps try a shorter period of time, like 1 day.

Thanks @PhilipDAth, this really worked. The Sponsored Guest login merely needs to be improved alot by overcoming following limitations -
a. It does remember guest email id after revoking also till the guest is permitted for the said duration
b. Client list do not shows guest email address in the connection setting however the authorized email id is displayed
c. How to manage guest data for audit point of view, since there is no identification mentioned in client list
This was also acknowledged by Meraki TAC team as well

Agreed. There are some really good third party solutions as well, like Splash Access.
Splash Access is a million times more configurable.
